1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using O10pic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Auto-renewable subscriptions: O10pic offers paid subscriptions that automatically renew unless canceled.
Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/yearly, depending on your selection).
Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use O10pic only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Privacy
Your use of O10pic is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to O10pic if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
O10pic is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RP App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of O10pic.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of your country of residence.
